I had a great experience with Manas! She was so caring and welcoming when I came to the store. I usually go to the Georgetown location but I would say I love here more❤️Thanks for everything, Manas is so knowledgeable about the brand and products. Im so enjoy shopping with her! Such amazing service from a staff member at the Aesop in Tysons Corner. After trying out the new Virere perfume at the Aesop in Los Angeles, I was on the fence about buying it. I finally caved in, and she was fantastic in helping me out. Even though it was ten minutes before closing, she was incredibly helpful. She gave me samples along with the perfume, which was a great touch, and I just loved the overall experience of buying the new perfume from Aesop.

I had read about Aesop on the internet and was pleased to know they had a store at Tysons. We stopped by the other day and were totally blown away by the products and customer service.
The person helping us walked us thru the entire product line and explained their uses :)
The products themselves are really good and have a wonderful fragrance. The shopping experience and products totally makes up for the high price of the products!

I hope this reaches the manager or whoever is in charge , the products are great and have helped me and my fiance with our sensitive skin healing journey however all this was possible and suggested by the wonderful Manas , she is absolutely wonderful and she isn’t like usual sales people who try and be extra pushy just for that sake of it , she for sure deserves a raise and praise

Products are lovely, I like the body wash, hand wash and various lotions. A bit pricy but I can feel the difference. People work there are friendly, I enjoyed talking with MJ and he helped my friend and I found all those good stuffs.

Anthony was beyond amazing and detail oriented in asking questions about your palette and tailoring recommendations to match! Definitely deserves a raise! Extremely knowledgeable and professional is an understatement!

Always a treat visiting this Aesop location! Everything is clean and well maintained. All the employees I’ve interacted with were always so helpful and friendly, but on my last visit I felt the need to give a shout out to Anthony. He was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable about the products and provided top tier customer service. Ended up purchasing a hand balm, but he patiently answered all my questions and helped me decide on my next purchase! Will definitely be back to purchase the body wash he recommended once I finish using up my current one:)
