Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews especially regarding returns here. I had a wonderful experience exchanging three pairs of shoes that I ordered online in the wrong size. I ordered them during a sale too which made things more complicated on the store’s end since the sale was no longer active. But even with that complication, they had no problem assisting me with my exchange and I am very thankful for their help.
The manager, Crystal, was incredibly patient and kind with helping me replace three pairs of shoes for the correct size while ensuring that I get them for the sale price I originally paid for them. I am extremely appreciative of the effort that Crystal put into helping me with this exchange when she easily could’ve sent me off on my own to initiate the exchange online.
The other associates seemed to do a great job ringing up guests and making sure they were taken care of as well. Overall, I have zero complains for this location and would absolutely suggest that others shop here.
Too many people on here want to be treated like they’re royalty when they walk into a store. I can’t believe the audacity and expectations in some of these reviews. I will certainly be shopping at this location more often. They’re great!

I orderd a pair of cleats size 9 to be exact and my son has been waiting for 5 days for them to ship it and when they shiped it they gave us a size 10 worst customer service

My son and I walked in the store and absolutely no one greeted us. There were three employees behind the front counter just laughing and giggling. They were having a good ole time. I glance over to try to make some kind of eye contact but got nothing. I could possibly understand this if the store was busy but two people were coming out of the store and we were walking in. I'm an avid Addidas customer. I was decked out in Addidas gear on this day but that didn't matter. Just a greeting would change this entire review. Maybe they were tired of greeting people but if that's the case chose another profession outside of customer service.

That review is not for the store listed above but for my online experience on their app.
I just want to warn everyone about purchasing on their app! I was so foolish that I registered for the lottery for sneakers and had to provide information like my address, email, and card number. I wasn’t aware that they would take my money and never give it back. Five minutes after I entered that information into the system, I got a message saying I didn’t win the lottery and wouldn’t get the sneakers. That was a week ago. I’ve been calling them every single day and was promised that my pending transaction would drop off in a maximum of a week. Today, I was told it may take a full month. They are using my money and probably other people's to pretend like they are selling more to boost their profits. I really want to warn everyone about this, and I can’t even dispute my transaction with the bank because it’s still pending! I got scammed by Adidas and feel like a fool! I’ll never purchase anything from them again! Please be aware and don’t let them take your money and hold onto it for a month!

I come on Friday evening for instore order pickup. The staff is not friendly at all and being impatient. I think the staff needs to be trained properly. It’s a basic manner to greet people and hand over the order politely instead of just push it on the table and being unfriendly.

I had such a great experience at the Adidas store in Tysons! The customer service there is truly top-notch. Taryn and Emerson were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond to assist me. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I highly suggest checking out this store.
