I went here for a state inspection. I purchased a new car in 2020 and it just came up for inspection. I didn't know if I needed an emissions test as well so I asked for it too. Every time I ask for the standard tests that northern virginia requires, I am informed whether or not my car is up for inspection in that category. The inspector asked for my vehicle registration and began to perform work on my car. He charged me for an emissions inspection and a state inspection.Fast forward to later that day when I learn that new cars purchased do not need an emissions test for roughly 4 years after you buy them. The first thing the inspector asked me to provide him when I arrived was my vehicle registration, where he can clearly see the model year and date of purchase of my vehicle. He knowingly charged me for an inspection he knew I did not need. He is certified to perform the tests in Virginia, and as such, he is responsible for knowing the law of what is needed and what is not needed whether or not the customer knows. I was not aware of this law when I went to get my car checked, however, it was clear as day to anyone who inspects vehicles that my car did not need an emissions tests, he did not tell me that I didn't need one, and I was fraudulently charged for one.I attempted to call them back and get a refund for the fraudulent test, however, they refused to give me my money back. They told me that they did not care that they charged me for a test I clearly did not need. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am hopeful they will assist me in this issue.Long story short, this gas station and service center tries to scam it's customers out of their hard earned money. There are other complaints and reviews on Google and yelp about then trying to scam other customers as well, so learn from them and my story and do not give your money to this business.

DISHONEST; STAY AWAY! I went to go for a regular safety inspection. They told me that I needed to get my rear rotors were worn down and needed to be replaced, which would cost $400. After several attempts to get me to fix it there and lowering the price a little, they reluctantly passed my inspection, making me feel nervous about the breaks/safety of my car. The next day, I took my car to my mechanic (Rosslyn Automotive-highly recommend), who told me that 1) I have drums not rotors and 2) they hardly ever need to be replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR CAR SERVICES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!

I always take my car for safety and emission testing to this place. At most, there is only one person in front of me. I quickly get in and out! At other places in McLean and Vienna, it could take up to 1.5 hours to deal with these testings. Additionally, these guys are kind and professional. It sort of hurts to get the word out on how efficient they are because it could slow down my ability to punch out these tests. However, they deserve the extra business.

I went there to have a flat tire change. My tires are not special tire at all but they kept saying it was and tried to sell a Continental tire DWS06 at the price of $250 which is only $150. So I just got out of the shop and drove to Mr. tire with the tire ripped out. Don’t trust this guys.

So nice and so fast! Brought my car in for repairs at 2pm expecting it back the next day, but they said they “thought I might need my car back today” and were able to finish it by closing!

The gentleman that assisted me was very efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me extra information on how to save money on my registration. And he was able to complete my emissions test in about 15 minutes. I would go back again

These mechanics know what they are doing! They price quote fairly, are willing to answer questions, provide insight and understanding on what's wrong with your car as well as shop around with you to find the right part, at the right place at the right time. Their professionalism is through the roof and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs something checked on or fixed!

Came in for a diagnostics for a code and all the mechanic did was pull the same code I knew about and did some research for 5 minutes then came out and suggested something but didn't give me a quote for. He was also very rude when I asked clarifying questions. I would not be coming back here ever again.

Very good service. I got emission, inspection and oil change. Clean place and helpful people. The inspector Jay was very kind and walked me through everything thoroughly!! My first experience at this place was amazing and Jay is an amazing and kind person!! Ask for Jay!!
