Masuma was extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at a cashier just for giving me quarters when I needed them urgently for vacuum and air. She refused to give me $10 in quarters and spoke aggressively. I’m more upset about how she treated her coworker than the cashback fee. I won’t return to this Exxon and will be reporting this — you’re going to lose customers.

Placed a scheduled pickup order via DoorDash. Upon arrival, store staff said they hadn’t received any order even after DoorDash confirmed it and attempted to contact them. They didn’t ask for my name or make an effort to locate the order. This is the second time this has happened—the same issue occurred with a previous order placed by my husband. Unreliable and frustrating experience.

Cashier was extremely rude here as I was walking to grab a snack and then pay. Cashier started yelling saying he needed me to pay now before his shift ends. I was not the only one who was inside but could’ve mentioned it when I walked in for a drink moments before. Definitely never coming back when I can go across the street with better customer service and a cleaner store.

Very rude employee at 12:07am. Rushing people out of store and saying his shift is ending and needs to close his register. Wth. This is insane. Someone needs to look into this issue based off the other reviews as well stating the same thing.

A clean 711. That alone can be impressive. I like that this one has gasoline pumps. Their prices are reasonable for the area. McLean is very high end, so save where you can. There's plenty of room to park, whether filling up or going to the store. Coffee here is always fresh. That alone is reason enough, especially in the morning to visit here. As for the store itself, it's also like the area. Upscale looking and clean. Really enjoy the open space, that gives this more of a chill vibe. It doesn't get too crazy busy here. If in the area I'm apt to get a candy bar and coffee. Friendly staff and a good location.

This 711 is one of my favorite stores near my apartment because the employees regularly welcome me as well as every pleasant cashier keeps the store reasonably clean.The only big downside of the store is that the pump does not always accept my card. So I had to step inside, thinking it's a card issue, but I'm not the only one who has this problem. i hope they fix it.
