Only one side of the car got cleaned. The other side was dusty and streaked with water. Tried to call but no answer. Not pleased.

This is where I usually go. $12 for the deluxe/best, $10 for the second, and $6 (I think) for the cheapest. Always gets my car clean and I've never had a problems. Accepts credit/debit cards.
