This is a beautiful area with lots to do. The resort offers, skiing, swimming, hiking amazing views, great indoor and outdoor water parks, restaurants and much more. The condos are very nice but wifi is almost nonexistent on the mountain. I would guess the hotel is better. They do have dog friendly condos but the pet station at our condo was directly in a small gully of water that flowed down a trench. I mean the poop bag and deposit were on a pole that was directly in the center of this steep trench of run off water. You had to go down a 3 ft bank into 3" of running water. You almost had to try to put this at the worst spot.

Came here for a free vacation with the 90 minute presentation. It was very high pressure yes but our sales rep was very respectful and professional!!! Took just about 90 mins saw a few units.I think massanutten is more of a family mountain not for younger couples unless you’re skiing golfing or doing some of the activities if they are what you like.

Terrible experience. Kristy at least the customer service/welcome center was not very customer friendly. A lot of misguided and lack of communication. Fernando on the other hand was excellent. Overall experience was poor and a lot of the staff needs training. We ate at Base Camp and the ladies were wonderful! The whole experience was awful . How do you expect people to purchase property l, if you’re not very welcoming. If I could give a lower score, I would.

Never again will we stay. This was our first and last time staying at massanutten. First we wait in line to check in only to find out that we were put in a condo in a golfing community. No the kids are not golfer's nor are we. I booked for massanutten resort at 170.00 a night not massanutten condo. Next we go to the next line and wait to get parking passes. We drive 3 miles to our room. This is a joke but we are not amused. Next was our rooms. They were not the best. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. We have kids and could not bath them after the water park. Looked everywhere for housekeeping no one to be found. Called for someone to bring some. They stated it would take a while. There was no pool unless you drive to it. That's crazy. We booked the resort because the pool is inside so we were not taking babies out in 40 degree weather after swimming. So the kids could not swim. Where we were staying there was nothing. The food ordered cost 80.00 it was wrong and missing part of the order. We travel alot for the kids so we know good places to stay and this is NOT one of them. Not a good experience for us or the kids.

Just a short family vacation. Kids loved the water park although it was pricey. Go early as it gets full. Also enjoyed pool and numerous playgrounds. I walked amidst a herd of deer most mornings ?.Nearby activities: Great restaurants and a trampoline park nearby. Shopping in Harrisonburg and lots of local wineries ?

First, I would like to say, make sure you bring beach towels if you’re going to the waterpark and laundry detergent if you’re staying more than a couple days. There were eight people in my group, and I spent the majority of my five days there washing towels. The washer and dryer provided is an apartment size so it’s only half a load. By the time I put towels for three people in the washer it was full. When I asked for a second set of towels to use so that we would have towels for the waterpark and towels to come back and shower with I was told that it is $15 per set so for six people it would’ve been 90 To use a second set of towels. When you’re paying $450 to go to the waterpark and their monopolizing towels that is ridiculous. I was told that because I have a washer and dryer in my room I could not get a second set of towels without paying To use them. The dishwasher smelled like sewage, and the wait for one round of go karting was nearly an hour. So if you want to go go karting and you see a line, I wouldn’t bother. The room was nice. The zip lining was fun. I’m still trying to understand why it cost so much to go to the waterpark when on the website for this time of year. It says the price is $40 a person. Even if you try to book a day in advance is still $65 a person and if you walk in there and try to pay the day you go in it’s $75 a person, Make sure you have towels. Overall, I would definitely say I won’t be back I just was not impressed.

We stayed at a condo in the Summits part of the resort for our spring break. The condo was clean and a good size for our family but the lack of stove was disappointing. We cooked a few meals with the provided hot plate. Distance to Shenandoah NP was about 20 minutes and we were able to catch a gorgeous sunrise there one morning. The hiking trails on the resort property were also nice.We were disappointed that there was no choice but to drive everywhere. Sidewalks or bike paths between resort areas would have improved our stay a lot. It was also frustrating that none of the resort activities started until 10 or 11. With kids that wake up at 6AM or earlier, this isn’t ideal. The fitness center was nice but, again, an earlier access time would have improved our stay significantly.

I'm always comfortable here. It's quiet and comfy. It's the perfect place to escape and just relax for the week. The wifi router is in each room, so it never really breaks, and if it does, tech support is always available. Food Lion is 10 minutes down the road, and Walmart and a lot of popular stores are 20 minutes the other way. It's a peaceful place to walk around and just take in the fresh air. I highly recommend coming here at least once in your life. This was a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen.

STOP ????DO NOT BUY TIMESHARE WITH THEM. During COVID I lost me job and they only stopped collection calls for 3 months, but then when I did a payment arrangement of $650 per month on a $484.60 monthly mortgage for the past 2 years, my principle balance didn't even budge. THEY HAVE INTEREST FIRST LOAN ONLY, BUT NEVER SHOW YOU WHAT THE INTEREST IS. Almost $15,000 in payments on a $24,0000 balance which went no where. 2 years later balance still $24,000. TIMESHARE IS A PROTECTED CRIMINAL HUSTLE! DO NOT DO IT. I could have had the vacation of my dreams 6 times over. DO NOT DO IT. TIMESHARE IS OBSOLETE!MAINTENANCE WILL NEVER GO AWAY, INCREASES EVERY YEAR, EVEN WHEN YOU PAYOFF MORTGAGE LOAN AND THEY CHARGE THEIR OWNERS A $75.00 CHECK-IN FEE, JUST LIKE A VISITING GUEST AND A SMALL DISCOUNT ON THE RESORT ACTIVITIES.....REALLY. They do not even have a LOYALTY PROGRAM or extra perks for people who have owned with them for many years. You are leaving your loved ones with a ON-GOING DEBT if you leave it to your loved ones.I HAVE PAID JUST THESE FEES ON THE REGAL VISTA:* 2018 ($939.00)* 2019 ($985.00)* 2020 ($1,030.00)* 2021 ($1,085.00)* 2022 ($1,192.00)* 2023 ($1,305.00)* 2024 ($1,421.00)****CAN YOU SEE THE PATTERN*****When I was solicited this timeshare, I was told the difference between them and other locations, they do not charge you maintenance fees for amenities you do not use. If I am not a golfer, then I should not pay Golf fee in my maintenance...smhMORTGAGE LOAN IS INTEREST FIRST.....MAINTENANCE FEES WILL NEVER GO AWAY.....FEES INCREASE EVERY YEAR....NOT WORTH THE LIFETIME OF TROUBLE...It is a beautiful place to visit, but cheaper to pay to visit 1 time, than to own with them. By the time you keep paying them, you could have bought a real home and several vacations of your dreams.

We have been owners at Massanutten for over 40 years and have never been disappointed. Today we went to finalize our stay in June. Alex at the front desk was very accommodating. Always well satisfied!
