I had a friend who came here and had a positive experience and they happened to be the only place I found who did inspections with an appointment so I decided to give them a try! I’m so glad I did. They got my inspection done, replaced a bunch of lights bulbs that were out and did an alignment (for $30+ less than another local place who I’ve gotten an alignment done with, no less). They also quoted me on replacement tires and replacing my brakes and rotors which are on their way out. Looking forward to having my tires replaced by them this fall! Thanks yall for your help!

Without a doubt the absolute worst mechanic I have ever been to in my life. They are rude, wayyyy overpriced and highly disorganized it legitimately looks like a junk yard. After you see it you will not want to take a car there.

They told me to come in today for an estimate, so I drove in from out of town. Once arriving to what looks like an unorganized junkyard, they told me they weren’t available for the next few days. Very unprofessional communication.

They were very nice and willing to get my car in. Once had busted tire and second, my engine light came on 3 days before I was going on vacation. Reasonable prices, great service and they go out of their way to get you in and out promptly.

McCoys is my "go to" for automotive repair and inspections. Dale and his employees have always given me great service at a fair price. They are always friendly and will give me a detailed explanation and cost of the repairs. I really recommend them.

My A/C stopped working last fall. Steve Price at Duncan Mazda referred me. He said this shop was dependable and affordable.
Well, Steve was 100% correct. I made an appointment and it only took them an hour to fix everything. Luckily it wasn't the compressor. All told, it only cost around $200. I was worried it would be a grand!
FYI, while I waited, I can tell you these folks were on the phone non-stop fielding calls for service. It sounded like a lot of them were car dealers and other businesses. I consider that a very good sign that their services are consistently good.

Paid to have head gaskets/ motor replaced on my Subaru Outback legacy & when I got it back the problems were the same dale said they did replace the motor after running diagnostics on the motor they were putting in my vehicle! He refused to fix the problem unless I paid I didn’t have the money to pay him for a problem I had just paid him to fix so my vehicle sat beside the building for two weeks until I had some of the money & when I went back to the garage my vehicle was parked in the front under the car port full of filing boxes with Christmas decorations! He said I’d be better off getting another vehicle & offered one of the vehicles that he had for sale but said that I’d have to make payments or pay full price. I feel that I was done wrong & would not recommend this garage to anyone! Will upload photos of vehicle once I find them

I have no prblem with the work. The low mark is bc of my interaction with a single individual. I didn't want to post but this is the 5th or so time. Everytime I speak with Emmanuel, it is a weird passive aggressive experience. I feel like I'm an irritation for asking questions or clarifying something on somethingas vital as my sole transportationto work. I had to get an Uber last though he put what time I get off and need my vehicle. Today I asked what time I'll get it and it's such a hassle to ask and be sure. I could go on. My agitation is at a point over this. I have no problem with the work. Regardless of the work this type of customer services makes one contemplate going to another mechanic in the future.
