Absolutely abhorrent business practices. My mother ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral. It was confirmed that they would indeed arrive on time. They were never sent at all. My mother has tried both calling and texting, and the business owner will not contact her in return. She spent over $70 dollars on these flowers. It's incredibly disgusting that this business had no problems taking her money, but never delivered what was purchased. AWFUL business.
