Broke down outside of Wytheville on our way home from Georgia. They came to us within 15 minutes (after their normal operating hours) and had us back on the road quickly. Very nice and polite and knew how to get our diesel truck back on the road. Would highly recommend using them.Service: Engine repair

We broke down at Max Meadow exit, with a 37 foot camper. on the way from Florida to Lynchburg, VA. It was bad. Thru the tow truck drivers, we were referred to Eric Dean. Not knowing the area, we trusted the Lord.Eric has shown honesty, itegrity, hard working, and knows his work. We had a couple of delays for bad turbos but he did not give up fixing it correctly and timely. His price was similar to the shop down in FL. Unfortunately and sadly, we had this done 3 months ago from a trusted outfit in Tallahassee which practically rebuilt our old turbo and charged as new one. As a result, we are paying for the same work again. Yes that was nothing short of stealing. Not all mechanics are alike.We thank the Lord of this experience and hope this review will help to ease your mind. If we would have lived in the area, this would have been our shop.

Owner has always been honest and dependable. Very knowledgeable on diesel and heavy equipment. No complaints from me. Call ahead as expected, this shop stays busy. Have used for several years. Would recommend.
