the man was very polite at the age! But there were two young employees, one in the photo was not polite, they were rude, they do not know how to communicate with people! They yell and constantly nod their heads, as if they are outraged and unhappy with something!

Charged 70$ for advise they haven’t looked at it.
Very unprofessional,5 mechanics sitting in a shop doing nothing…
They were all inside,they let me go out of lube without guiding me out.
They didn’t go under the trailer and truck to look at it at all.
The whole shop by itself is a whole mess trash all around very dirty and filthy.Don’t waste your time and money here.

Not an emergency option for you to change a truck tire by short time, i have to wait for 4 hours to get tire changed waiting only one old guy in the shop working during morning works and move by very slow motion

I am very disgusted with this location. Firstly and foremost, they have their hours of operation Mon-Fri starting at 7am. I stopped in at 8:09am, Monday, July 29, 2024. I mentioned I needed a 3 axle alignment and asked what the wait time would be, even though I knew they didn’t have any vehicles in the shop bays they were working on. The woman working the counter at this time and on this date, said, “it’ll be a 3 hour wait, because I only have 1 tech and he just left on a road call.”
This is very poor and misleading to other potential customers, because the hours of operation indicate during which times a place can serve a customer’s needs. Staffing seems to be the issue at this location. However, if I own a restaurant and don’t have a cook that can be available for the customers that would walk in, do you think it’d be right to mislead people and still tell them we are open, knowing I can’t provide any service to them? No! So why do they post they are open today at 7am and can’t provide service to someone at the location?

Bad experience, I showed all the pictures and videos, even send the vin number to confirm but parts they needed, but they refused and said have to come in with truck we check, when i reached they just saw visually and asked 78$usd for check in. Unacceptable??

While getting lunch at Wendy's, another driver knocked my passenger side mirror off and broke the piece that held it in place. They ordered the part and replaced the mirror so I could continue taking my delivery to its final destination
