“Dropped my car off on august the 28th 2023. The process started a little bumpy. Was informed that they were down several techs and short handed. Was told there would be more techs hired and would work to get the vehicle done by a set date as I had to leave to go out of town. Several phone calls not returned and multiple delays at first. Then i started speaking with a gentlemen named Chris. Chris introduced himself as the new manager and promised to have my car to me by said date. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on all the good and the bad. Once Chris was handed my file and took my phone call the service was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and had my vehicle returned by October 13. 2023. This does seem like quite some time, but given they were short staffed I feel as if they handled this like champs. Would definitely recommend you talk to Chris for all your body shop and repair needs. Hopefully I won’t have to return any time soon but if so, definitely look forward to working with Chris and the Bob huff team again.”

“WARNING THIS GUY SCOTT KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!To make a long story short this guy Scott Holbrook (mechanic) helped my wife and son to get back on the road after a long trip down to NC but they got stranded in VA. Scott diagnosed the problem, charged the battery and sent them on their way really fast. He also spoke to me about the problem and gave me the proper diagnosis, so, that the problem could be fixed permanently once they got back home!!!Thumbs up to Scott and the business owner for having this amazingly knowledgeable mechanic working for them.He is an asset to this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to their shop again if we needed it.Thanks again Scott!!!!”
