Edit* This place is very busy but its the only place I can take my mower to. I have taken it there for warranty work and just recently because my zero turn was not idling properly. After months of waiting for a carb it seemed to be running better. It just so happen to run bad when I bring it home and better when I take it back. The next OEM carb they ordered was flawed. When they were able to get the third carb in, the mower now seems to be running better than ever. It took some time but there were able to work with me through it.

I needed husqvarna chainsaw fuel line replaced so I thought a husqvarna approved location would be a good idea. Left it with them on May 9. Contacted them weekly for updates and was told every week that "next week it will be done". Today, June 8, went in to location rather than calling. Owner started to think about how to explain why it still was not repaired. I took back my chainsaw from them after wasting a whole month thinking they would service it. Apparently, from reading, I'm not the only one who's been "serviced" this way by them.

I rarely write bad reviews but felt I’d be doing a disservice to the folks like me who read reviews before considering a business. Since Wyatt’s Pro Mechanix had good reviews I went with them to check out a used vehicle. I asked them to check everything out since I was unfamiliar with diesels. I dropped the truck off on Monday (10-3) and they said they would get to it the next day or at the latest Wednesday. I heard nothing all week so I call on Friday (10-7) and they said they would get to it that day. Again nothing, so I call on Tuesday (10-11) and was told they had a death in the family but they would check it out that day, again I heard nothing. On Wednesday (10-12) afternoon I stop by and the receptionist says “oh we were getting ready to call you” says they have a list of issues but no prices but would call on Thursday with an estimate. Thursday came and went, nothing! On Friday (10-14) they call with a rough estimate totaling $8500-9000 bucks but they had to still check on some prices. So I call them on Monday (10-17) and tell them to fix a certain number of things and he said they would and it would probably be ready Thursday or Friday. I call Friday (10-21) and was told it would be Monday or Tuesday and they were waiting on parts. I called Wednesday (10-26) and they said it’s not done but it will definitely be ready Friday (10-28) So I go by Friday afternoon and guess what? it’s still not done. They tell me it will definitely be Monday. At this point I gave up and they finally call Tuesday (11-1) saying it is done. So I go by Thursday (11-3) at 11:40am to pay and get the truck and there’s a sign on the door that they are gone to lunch. Unbelievable, I go by during posted business hours and everyone has left for lunch. To add insult to injury, the truck needed head gaskets, which is a major expense, and they didn’t diagnose it. I found that out after taking it to another shop. Mind you, they charged me for 2.5 hours labor ($262) to diagnose the truck. Here are some other issues:-They told me the EGR should be deleted and it would cost around $1100-$1200 but the other shop I went to found it was already done. This is fraud!-One Friday when they said they would be looking at the truck they made a Facebook post about riding 4wheelers in a nearby state? Obviously the truck didn’t get looked at that day.- They not once apologized about delays or provided a courtesy call about a delay. It was always me inquiring. I eventually had to borrow and rent trucks for various tasks because I kept getting false dates from them when work would be done. The unprofessionalism and pure lack of respect from this place cost me a lot of time and money. Stay away.Service: Auto maintenance

Please read my review before considering giving Wyatt's Pro Mechanix your business. I chose them after seeing they had positive reviews but have to assume either the reviews are false or are for work other than auto repair, which is what I had done. I bought a used truck and wanted it checked out to see what was wrong with it and what it needed. It took right at a month to get my truck back and involved countless phone calls and visits because they repeatedly said it would be looked at or repaired by x date only to have that date come and go. This was no easy month for me, and the constant delays had me borrowing and even renting a truck at times. If they had just told me it would take a month I could have planned but the "will be looked at/repaired tomorrow or in 2-3 days" kept me lingering along. There were no courtesy calls about delays or an apology, just me inquiring and finding out nothing had been done. They charged me a premium to diagnose the truck, and I eventually asked for $2900 worth of work to be done, based on the diagnosis they gave, only to get it back with major problems after I took it to another nearby shop. The major isues they missed (head gaskets, transmission) should have been caught by a skilled mechanic. They also gave verbal estimates of recommended work which I found out from the other shop I went to afterwards was already done. On one particular occasion (a Friday) when they told me they would be working on the truck they made Facebook posts about riding ATV's out of town.....now I'm all for downtime, but I wouldn't take it when I have told a customer that work would be done. If you're looking for an honest auto repair shop who will look at your vehicle in a timely manner this is not the place.

Wyatt’s Pro Mechanix is hands down the best mechanic shop out there. Chris & Crystal are very professional Owners. They operate an honest, reliable, trust worthy, affordable, and awesome mechanic shop that is also a dealer for both Husqvarna (Lawn mowers, weed eaters, etc.) and CF Moto products (four wheelers, side by sides, etc.)! I personally don’t trust anyone else with my vehicles and neither does my husband. We highly recommend this Christian owned business to any and everyone! They are awesome!

Excellent service and professional. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend! In addition to their attention to detail, they substantially increased the power of my fresh performance stock rebuild 02 Durango 5.9 by using their up to date technology in automotive computers and skill. In their inspections fixed numerous potential problems that I didn't see and remained in contact for permission to repair.I also bought a NEW sideXSide from them as well. FULL SERVICE EVERYTHING, TRUCK AND AUTO, PERFORMANCE, MODIFY, AND FUN! And yes, my little Durango and sxs makes me feel like a NASCAR driver. Thanks

They helped get my truck back on the road after my water pump gave out. I waited over 11 hours for someone else to flake out on me. I rolled into the parking lot with my truck dumping coolant, no brakes, no A/C and my belt was broken. I went inside with my hat in hand. They saw my situation and immediately took my truck in. My truck is running great and I've found my mechanic. It's very difficult to find a good mechanic when you live out in the country but I've found mine. Sincerely, thanks again for helping me out!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had problems with a Husqvarna riding mower that was running rough. Changing plugs and air filter had no impact so I took it to Wyatt's. It took some time since they are quite busy but they fixed up and it now runs like new. Great service.

I accidentally stumbling into finding this business, hint-you need a more noticeable sign, and couldn’t have been more pleased. When it comes to mechanical things, I am a professional and work for a manufacturer’s rep. dealing with technical problems and customer service related issues everyday. This business is a hidden gem. They do quality work, at a fair price, and have high morals. I stopped by to see if they had a part in stock for my Husqvarna riding mower. It wasn’t a normal maintenance part that all dealers around the area didn’t stock and needed to order. When they realized they didn’t stock it either, they took it off of an abandoned mower they had. Being used, they wouldn’t even charge me for it and I ensured they knew I was more than willing to pay. That is the opposite of greed and shows that their #1 goal is quality and customer service. That’s priceless and the type of business that we all want to support. Treating others like we want to be treated. Hard to find and glad I did. This was 1 week ago. I’m back today to buy a new trimmer. Thank you, Wyatt’s!Service: General repairs & maintenance
