Still a awful and shady bank that doesn't know what they are doing. My husband called asking for information on a land loan which they do not do but told us that a line of credit would be better. They would not answer our questions over the phone and said we had to come in. So we went in later that afternoon to ask a few questions. The branch manager shannon sat down with us and we made it very clear we were there to inquire about the products they had to offer, not to apply. She ran our credit without telling us saying she needed to get us in the system. Apparently they had just gotten a new system and she wasnt familiar with using it. She ended up applying us for a line of credit we did not want. And said she didnt know she was doing it. Now we have to fight to try and get the inquiry removed. We have spoken with several managers and they will not help us. So we will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and State corporation commission. Stay away from this place and their shady tactics.
