A very courteous and professional company. Bought a new house with a 325 gallon propane tank. Phillips came out and checked the system, located and fixed a small leak before filling the tank. Thanks Josh and Tom from the Mathews office!

I guess they could've been a little quicker, (totally tongue in cheek!) I called @ 8:04 this morning b/c I ran completely out of fuel during the night on Saturday. Delivered and up and running @ 8:46.

We had an issue with our old fuel oil heater. Adam came out and serviced it, and provided a wealth of information about the unit, things to look for, and things to try in the future if we have problems. In the process, he found a belt that was nearly severed and that could go at any time. He found us a replacement (and a spare!) and brought both to us and installed the new one later that same day. I can't say enough about how helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with he was!
