Took my mom for an appointment for a pneumonia shot. Waited 40 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, however they were not. Standing around talking. So unacceptable .

Friendly and helpful staff, and they were able to get my covid vaccine scheduled for a day and time convenient for me.
