Brandon Scales is the best!! He is brilliant and exceptionally helpful. He made what would otherwise have been a dreadful experience extremely enjoyable. He is totally professional, holds the best interest of his customers foremost, and presents Verizon in the most favorable light.

We went to my Mom's local Verizon store in Martinsville, Virginia on November 25, 2023. We were amazed at the excellent customer service provided by Hunter Haynes. We got the new iphone 15 pro without preorder, data transferred from an iphone SE and got our old number ported over in about a little over an hour. And to top it off, we ended up getting a free apple watch. The whole experience was quick, efficient and hassle free. Thank you!

Had a horrible experience with Allison at this location. She was very rude to both my self and the young lady that was on site.We have had some issues with one of our phones and wanted to inquire to whether it was hardware, software, or service area based so that wecould take the corrective action that made the most sense.Since I'm 100s of miles away, I had my staff member drive to their location locally to her and ask for help. She stood in line only to be told they would not call me, would not help her, and would not even answer a question related to the phone or service (even things not related to the account).So, we had her stand in line (again) to wait to be helped while I waited as well on the phone. When it came her time to be serviced, Allison took the phone, told me she was too busy helping other customers to answer any of my questions, and essentially hung up on me, handing the phone back to my staff.The whole time I was trying to explain that ahe waited in line twice and WAS her customer at the moment. She just scoffed and put the phone down for my staff to pick up.It was a horrible experience, bad customer service (twice), and Allison was extremely rude. Her unwillingness to help find a solution and her behaviors were uncalled for and we are certainly not going to be using their services in the future.

Went from US Cellular to T-Mobile and finally to Verizon in a matter of three days. Poor to no coverage on the other two until Verizon. Now have coverage both at home and while remotely camping. All the staff at the Martinsville, Virginia store were very knowledgeable and helpful in. getting our dilemma resolved, especially Hannah and Abby. Highly recommend using their store and services. Very friendly atmosphere.

Thank you, Verizon! Today I stopped by the location on Commonwealth Blvd. in Martinsville to replace my many years old iPhone. Brandon Scales greeted me and helped me choose a new phone that would work for me. He also walked me through the best service plan for our family and setup my new phone to be just like my old one. He spent nearly a half hour patiently answering questions and making the transition as seamless as possible for me. Outstanding customer service is hard to come by sometimes, and I was grateful to find it here.

The workers need to be more clear on the contract and explain things to you better cause if not then when your bill comes around it's way more then it's suppose to be or not what you agreed on when you purchased the phone

I’m so very pleased with our experience at Verizon today. Our sales associate Chris Beckner went over and beyond our expectations, helping us switch our cell phone plan from US Cellular to Verizon.He was so very helpful, such a blessing.Very happy to get this accomplished today.I’ll definitely recommend Verizon to our family and friends too.
