People don’t know how to speak or be respectful or even know how to greet someone when a customer walks in, just stay watching tic-tok (Brandon). Can’t answer any questions it’s Terrible how people act nowadays. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to go to a different store..

Received incredible customer service from this location. Trinity was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I had called the customer service number and spoke to other reps, and also on the mobile app chat and had spent most of my morning trying to correct this issue with my phone. Trinity thankfully recognized the issue immediately, took the time and explained it thoroughly, and happily fixed it!
