Requested mail be forwarded to new address sept 13 on Aug 20…. Haven’t got any mail since I put in the request. Go by the office, and no one knows where my mail is.. so frustrating!

I HATE this Post Office!!!! Between their driver's not delivering packages to the employees within the building, PO Box didn't even help. Their Post Master is unprofessional, rude, & the people that make it possible for them to have a job, the customer, doesn't matter to them. If I could NEVER use them for packages I would 100% use UPS or FedEx over USPS anyday. Can't even call to reach a customer service representative. Horrible Post Office!!!!

Terrible. Lost my money orders then charged me to inquire about them. A month later the company I sent them to finally received them(only took 2 days to get them back to me btw) only for them to tell me they don’t have the money to cash their own money orders that I paid them for, paid for them to send within a week, they lose for over 3 1/2 wks, then charge me to find what they lost, then when I finally get them back they say they can’t afford to cash them!!! Disgusting experience all around! FedEx or WesternUnion is all I’m saying

It's Saturday at 4 pm and still no mail delivery....I know I have mail today because it shows on informed delivery. The mail person is always slow and late. They make too much money to slack on their job. Not happy postal customer.

Been waiting on package to be delivered as well as our mail. Mail lady doesn't even deliver. But we get notices at 8pm couldn't deliver. Been sitting wait for it for 3 days. She a no show.

Every time i get a substitude carrier.the mail most of the time gets misplaced .I have stopped them and asked about a package, and it would be in the back seat after they have pulled off. This is unexcepted. Very disapointed
