Customer service here was excellent. I was waited on quick. My issues were solved fast. Before I was with U.S. Cellular I got the prepayed cards from Wal-mart. That was fine as long as you don't have any problems. At least with U.S. Cellular if you have any problems there will be someone to help you.

Kenzie at the US Cellular store in Martinsville was fantastic. She was truthful and helped me fixed my problem in no time.

Danny was awesome and such a helpful sale representative. He took his time and was patient. I don't really like dealing with most sales people but I was comfortable with him and felt valued as a new customer. A great asset to your company US Cellular! I do see him being a store manager soon!
