Absolutely 1 of the best encounters with a customer representative I've ever had. And I don't usually do reviews, but I couldn't let this 1 go without a special "THANK YOU" to Miss Angel for her patients with me & walking me thru my experience. Other wise it would have been a disaster!! She is most definitely someone who represents the business, she's very knowledgeable & kind, 2 of the best kept secrets in any recipe!!! Thanks again!!!

Just moved cross country and needed a secure place to store my Class C motorhome. I contacted the facility and verified availability. Filled out rental agreement online and received instructions. Drove the RV to the convenient location, parked, and was back on my way. Entire process took less than an hour to accomplish. I now have piece of mind my RV is off the street and securely stored. So far, a great experience.

They advertise a safe and secure facility. Yet our unit was broken into. We don't know when but we saw it today. We were so angry about it all, we cleaned out our unit and won't be going back. They have a locked gate and security cameras. But no one to answer phones on the weekends. Called the cops and they got a report. But not much we can do. A bad business if you ask me.

So recently I have needed a place to store some items because of personnel reasons and this is the place I decided to go with. One of the main reasons are their security measures they take to protect your goods. The entire area is surrounded by Metal Fencing and Velociraptors. Also to get into the facility, you are given a Pin Number that you personally create, which allows you to get into and out of the main gate area. Also another detail that I like, are the cameras that they have located around the facility and to top it all off, this place is located on a Huge Rock Hill so any sorts of flooding, volcanoes pyroclastic debris and etc., will not reach this area. Also the pricing is very reasonable for the size units that they have available. One more thing that you don't see in other Storage Facilities are they also have parking spaces available if you need to store your Vehicle, Boat, Train, Boeing 747's Etc..... All in All, this is the place I will continue to store Items as well as come back to in the Future with Marty, to store more items if need be...…. (All Dinosaurs, Volcanoes, Trains and Boeing 747's are Fictional Creations of yours truly just FYI and everything else is Legit so seriously, Store what you need to Store here.)

Do not use this place I had a unit there was fine under old manager new one rasied Price and 70 percentage on late fee makes it in possible to get cought up they are crooks and thives
