I ran over a piece of wood in the road. My car started squeeling when I backed up.
I took my car to Riverside Tire.
They replaced some rivets in plastic undercarriage of the car. They didn't charge for it.
The service department is very dependable and friendly.
I trust them to take good care of my car.

Just took my 2007 Ford Focus to Riverside Tire for engine noise and suspension issues. They diagnosed that my vehicle needed motor mounts, wheel bearings, shocks and a wheel alignment. Car runs smoother and quieter than ever! Thanks Sam and entire Riverside staff!

Frustrating!
I was charged for front-end parts that WERE NOT REPLACED.
I wasn't charged for parts that were replaced - and now my car is making a grinding/scraping noise in the front-end where the work was done???
Do I take it back to them and hope they get it right?
Do I take it to someone else and hope they don't charge me out the nose?
Do I just drive it and hope it doesn't fall apart?
And - they stripped one of my lug-nuts!
Incredibly frustrating!

I just stopped in because one of my tire sensors Was flashing and they looked at my car for no charge and fixed my pressure in the tires.. Great team great customer service, and amazing team members and mecalix grateful that they were able to assist me 10 minutes after they closed. Will be going back for all my tire and alignment needs!
