Have left several voicemails for nurses to get my meds refilled, have ran out of meds several times because nobody returned my calls. Have tried to get in touch with billing several times to get my insurance straightened out and that took many months. Have been scheduled for appointments on days I told them I worked and was rescheduled a lot. I really liked my NP that I saw but she is leaving so I am looking elsewhere. Treatment here has been awful other than dealing directly with my NP.

Please, from one parent to another, do not take your children here! They will lie to you, manipulate your child, they won't call in prescriptions (so you don't have any for weeks at a time and they continue to blame it on someone else) and they refuse to contact you about any updates. I have found ONE staff member who is worth anything in their whole system and the rest lack compassion, common human decency, and an overall knowledge of juvenile mental health. They do not care about your child or their mental/physical health and will do anything just to get the file off their desk and onto anyone else's. If you want mental health, for yourself or your child, look anywhere else because you won't actually get anyone to help you who works here, just lies and run around because they don't communicate or care.

umm to start they could return my calls, it would be nice if the therapist they gave me would call me... it's literally been 3 months!! I ran out of medication and as it turns out they had it in like a month and a half earlier and they didn't even bother to tell me it was at the pharmacy!!! their receptionist are rude, disrespectful and really just don't even try.. I'm going to do my best to reroute every person going here and send them to epic healthcare... this place isn't even worth the time to do an intake.. I strongly discourage anyone from coming here.

Piedmont has helped me tremendously. I am bipolar and they have put me on the medicines I need. They also truly care about my mental health.

I have been involved with PCS since March 2019 and in that short period I’ve been helped from their services more than I ever thought. My therapist along with the other professional staff I am connected with really have my best interest at heart. I hate to say this but I was one of those people who thought that I would get the least help from them and have gotten the most. Just trust the process and let them guide you and it’s all a wonderful line of little miracles taking place. Don’t be discouraged if it takes some time because all good things take time and most don’t work out the way we believe they should.

The people there are trained in all matter of helpful psychological situations. Whether it be substance abuse, helping family members.who suffer through loved ones substance abuse, treating people with a variety of psychological conditions as defined by the DSM-V, or there to talk by being referred by primary care doctors they truly do it all. It is often a thankless job that they undertake simply because of their love for other people and their selflessness. It certainly is not for the money that they may earn from it. In extreme cases the case managers will even go out and visit patients in their home setting, such a thankless job bit one so desperately needed.

A great place to go to if you need help with problems that you just cannot overcome alone. If I were to be truthful...the folks there saved my very life. Many good people work there and have been in your shoes. May God Bless them all. Thanks to my friend Ron Mills. I shall never forget him all the days of my life.
