I wouldn’t buy another car from the Nelson’s if I was dying and that was the only way for me to live. Took my Explorer to them for a recall, they can’t get the part for a week and can’t put it back together without that part. So all together they will have the car for a week and a half or better. What do you think they said when asked for a rental car? Nope!!! So I guess I have no ride to work and now get to lose my job and then I won’t be able to afford the car anyway!! Thanks Nelson’s!!! The worst dealer in VA!!!

Today was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Chris Davis and Scott Norman were wonderful to work with and truly were supportive and assisted with getting me the vehicle I have wanted for some time! Both gentlemen were great, with awesome personalities and making sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Chris and Scott to anyone looking for a new or used car. They will treat you right and find the right deal for you.

From my first contact to driving off the lot with my new vehicle, my experience and interaction with everybody there was pleasurable. My questions were answered directly and honestly. The guy that helped me have my car towed was so nice. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to get my car to move when it was stuck in gear to move it to get it on to the tow truck.
