My first trip to this location. I must say that they were firing on all cylinders. They had the tools I needed in stock. The prices were good. The customer service was fantastic. The store was clean and organized. Nice place if you need some tools.

It's always a good time here Good quality tools for the most part and almost everything handheld comes with a lifetime warranty such as ratchets wrenches screwdrivers etc All of the electrical stuff usually comes with a 1-year warranty and then you can buy additional warranty

I just made a return after owning the product for about 30 min. The item was boxed and was unable to view the product without opening it. After getting the product home to get an actual view of the product it was determined to not fit the project I was working on. Dennis the apparent supervisor of this store informed me that he was going to charge me 22 dollars to return this unused equipment. I have been shopping at harbor freight for years. No longer, I will pay more at a store not to have to pay to return a product. And I will be for sure not renewing my harbor freight membership on 12/15 when it expires, nearly 30$ lost over 22$. Now that is a crazy business model.When I contacted customer service regarding this Ben S "contact center associate" sent me a very nice sorry about your luck email. I just can't believe a company would want to lose a "valued" customer. Especially how christmas is around the corner and I had a list of items I wanted. Well Harbor freight looks like my wife and father will be shopping at Lowes across the street and Amazon this year for me because your customer service is trash. It's not even about the 22$ I would have gladly spent more than that on other items I could have actually used. Buyer beware and don't shop here!
