I bought college football 25 on pre order the game is unplayable it crashes every time i play it. On top of that I call the store 10 times in 2 days and no one answers the phone. I was screed out of the preorder I originally had by the store manager. She had my digital code PRINTED OUT before the store even opened. As soon as she opens the store I walk in. She calls me by name and hands me a digital code. Now for ANYONE that doesn’t know you have to except the terms and conditioning on the keypad Stating that digital codes are nonrefundable. Well, if I would’ve had the option and known, it was a digital code before hand, I would have never. I wanted the hard copy of the game and locker in Jersey. The manager knew this and instead of telling me that it was digital code the day before when I was in there paying it off she hid that fact, and then decided to take it upon herself to print out my digital code, except MY terms and conditions for me before they where even open and take away my chance to refuse the digital code. I would like for the DM of game stop to reach out to me. I have every receipt to prove what happened.

Gamestop has saved me alot of money over time. If youre willing to wait for a used copy you can pick it up for a fraction of the price. These days it seems that the selection is down. They have a lot of game related items but fewer games. I guess its because of the trend to go digital. I picked up a copy of Resident Evil 3 and I got carded. Im glad I had my I.D. on me.

Now the People at GameStop got you covered if it's a game title they got or will get, they have Consoles new and used controllers on all different types of platforms and they've got VR also, I'm telling you it's the place to go if you like gaming.

Supposed to have done it few days ago but noah is the best she was by herself on the shift and i mean it seemed like the line wasnt gone move but in a instant she worked both registers to speed things up i def respect her for that in a world wea time is money she def won me over go NOAH ?

Found lost cash beside the counter the clerk takes it from me says we will deposit it,,No I think not if owner unfounded it is mine as I feel twas left as a Christmas cheer and Mike and Noah the clerks stole it from me is there a district manager anywhere the guy Mike literally snatched money out my hand. Noah the manager????wow b21 news???....pending resolution..............was told today someone was coming for it,asked for a simple call to let me know and im told they cant,,sounds pretty theft like to me ,,,,real classy place never get another dollar out my pocket for so much as anything crooked as management as well as the employee that literally ripped cash from my hand,,,,had happen i realized was on the side my wallet? things would not had been good........but is ok i have a plenty obviously you 2 clerks need it more I WISH YOU EVERYTHING YOU DESERVE ........

They used 15,000 of my GameStop points, on a purchase that I wasn’t even making, and didn’t ask either one of us if we wanted to use them before redeeming them when I had been saving them up for over 4 months. Now I’m out of 15,000 of my points and have to spend around another $400 to get those back. Not going back.

Just left the store, was going to buy a GS keyboard, young man got it down clinched it and spun it back and forth letting me look at it. I asked can I hold it?, got a quick NO. Said it was policy to not let me hold it. "I told him he could put it back, I've changed my mind". For the record I had enough money between cash and credit cards to by at least 30.
