I have tried to return a router for over a month now and for whatever reason they keep giving me different reasons why they can’t take it I was told by the company to just bring the router since they partner with the company they would provide the labels the box and send it off but upon arriving to FedEx they said they cannot do it without a printed out label so I brought the box back with a printed out label they said they can’t do it unless I have my own box at this point it’s starting to become really ridiculous why can’t you tell me all of those things the first time so that when I have to come back the second time I should be able to return it
