If I could give no star, I would. First time I used him, I could never get him to fix an issue that he claimed to be a senor on my vehicle, after a transmission swap. Surprisingly enough it was but I done the work myself. YouTube thought at that. Long story short, needed him to diagnosed the same vehicle a month and half ago. Every other two weeks I've been there and asked when was vehicle going to be brought in, that I had other parts coming in and wanted it back on road. Every time he said, "I just got my rollback fixed, plan on bringing in today." Today never came and now I'm towing my vehicle to another shop. I'm down $145 and no diagnostic done. If you have time and money to waste, definitely see this guy..

We brought a used car ( not from Steve, unfortunately) that has all kinds of problems. Steve is just a sweet heart. He's the very best. He finds your problem quickly and his pricing could not be any more fair than it already is; best in the area. We'll definitely be trusting Steve with our car in the future, only Steve.

Steve and his staff are awesome! The price was reasonable and they got me running within a day! It is hard to find an honest mechanic but Steve and his team are the real deal. Very professional and great to work with!

My car has been at this business for four months. I have called numerous times and he keeps promising me that he will have it done. I have been down several times and the vehicle has not been moved at all. It has sticks and debris all over the windshield. If you can’t fix the vehicle let me know. This is beyond ridiculous! I would not recommend if you want your vehicle in a timely manner.

I have had my vehicle at ERI for over a year waiting for a transmission repair. I even bought a transmission to be installed, to no avail. I, and my family, have contacted the owner many times to be told he would fix it, and still nothing has happened. I must say I am at my wits end in trying to get him to fix my transmission. This has been an AWFUL experience. I would never recommend anyone go here for auto repair. I am giving one star only because I have to.

this shop took avantage of me because I was from out of town and stole from my vehicle, swapped out parts off my vehicle. it was a 2015 Ford superduty my motor craft injector pump was swapped out for a aftermarket one Do not recommend it.

Great local place. You get to interact directly with the owner who is very customer oriented. Steve and his staff are very knowledgeable about automotive repairs and can fix anything.
