When I first started going with them. They were very rude and unprofessional, right from the start. Every time I went, me and my son were treated poorly. I thought it was me or they were raciest. That’s how bad i was treated. There was one time I got multi vitamins from them. The multivitamins were covered in black spots. It looked like black mold. So I went back to ask them why the medication looked like this. I had three employees looking at me with an awful unprofessional look. I was appropriate when I asked, The pharmacists said it was oxidation and this was normal, with a filthy scowl. They were my pharmacy for a total of six months and became so uncomfortable with the way I was treated and left. These employees are just extremely unprofessional and improperly trained and don’t take their job seriously. My thing is if you’re working with customers, it’s good business to treat the customers professionally, if employees can’t do that, they should be responsible and work non customer service department. Seriously this is bad business and I will never go back.

The employees just don't seem like they're happy at all. I think they should do a quick reset on this cvs. Employees are always rude when we come in. Out of 6 or 7 visits, I've never had an employee speak to me before I spoke to them. As a retail store you want to have some kind of customer service and this cvs has NONE. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is because I HAVE to come here to get my prescription filled because of where I work.

Staff is always rude. Have had numerous perscriptions sent in and always an issue. If it wasn't for my insurance I would STOP utilizing this pharmacy at this location.

Had my vet call in some antibiotic ointment for a batch of stray kittens to treat their eyes. They didn't have it in stock and had to wait a day to get it. We got overcharged to say the least. Next time point a gun at me when you rob me, it'll feel justified then. CVS charged $36.50 per tube give or take; the vets charge would have been $19.70 per tube, almost double the regular cost. Shame on you CVS!!!

They have to be the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Every time I call to get my script filled they say it can't be filled til 2 days later. Every time I call.

I went in with to pick up some pseudoephedrine for nasal congestion and headache mind you I already know you have to present drivers license and identification. So I was prepared and pharmacist looked at me straight in the face and said we don’t sell anything with just pseudoephedrine in it. My wife is a pharmacist in NC & instructed me what to do & what to get. Well went to Walgreens and was in and out in less than 3 mins. Well being this said it didn’t settle right with me so I sent her back just to see if it was me or not and low and behold CVS sold her what Pharmacist told me they didn’t have! This needs to stop! I’m going back in a few weeks with camera and record the same thing again.Sad part about it is they won’t know I’m coming because they don’t care to read the comments!

I have never been so shocked at the amount of disrespectfulness or strait ignorance in my life. The female pharmacist not only denied my script that was called in by a dr. I was told she wld not fill. The pharmacist says as she is standing on the complete opposite side of the store asks in fron of al the customer why I didn't call and ask if she was exciting new patients. I s bc the Dr called in my script. Loudly she announces she don't fill narcotics (suboxen) then proceeds to ask y I changed drug stores I sd this one is more convenient. She says we'll u can't just bought ce around looking for a drug store to fill a narcotic just for my convenience. I need to take me things and go bk to orig. Pharmacist. I asked her to send to other drug store. With her bk turned to me she sd no amd kept walking. Very very rude and hateful woman. I still am shocked how rude this woman was. This pharmacist is by far the rudest person I've come across in a very long time.

I have to use CVS for my insurance. They NEVER let me know if/when there’s an issue. My scripts now for some reason weren’t put on my insurance! If I hadn’t seen it on the app it would have taken longer at the store, I am sick. I’m so tired of the incompetence.
