Very poor customer service had a few questions lady at counter couldn't answer or choose not to answer. Asked for the Managers # and name to see if I could get some help with my query was informed she is the manager and called the cops on me. After having to explain to the deputies that I wasn't causing problems only asking for info that should have been provided instantly. officers had to talk her into the info to provide to me. Have been a cricket customer for years even bought my son's and my new phones at the location. I know if I was the true proprietor of this business I would be ashamed to have such a poorly trained staff that can't handle basic customer service.

This Cricket store steals money out of dead people's bank account and refuses to stop. Very rude employees who think someone dieing is funny and they get free money. Danger! Stay away!
