I got a decent deal on a old pick up truck 4k for a 95 gmc long bed met all my needs was a good truck bad on gas and was overall decent ? since I was satisfied with my purchase and was looking to get better mgp I went with intentions of buying a nice little car keep in mind Dwight was willing to do buy here pay here with my va disability income at 1000 dollars a month I had the spare funds and wanted something paid off quickly I settled on this little Toyota camery looking car it white and well about after two days I took it back why the car was reading it was over heating I even changed the thermostat and did a head gasket check myself Dwight being the mechanic he is decided to avoid me for hours in his parking lot trying to not let me return ot to him he finally came out said he would fix it a week later tells me it needs a new computer but it isn't actually over heating he then proceeded to get a thermometer and shoot the infrared thermometer at the rubber hose under the hood and I got it pointer it at the engine and we argued under the hood about what e e the temperature should be after finally telling him flat out im not paying for a car that over heats and he he isn't willing to get the new computer I returned the car a week later he had it for sale in the front again after assuring me he would fix it and sell the car I was still looking for a car at the time I came in he was selling the car to this nice old lady and after hear me walked out on him the car still sits in his dealership today its been years. He also argued with his "new hire mechanic " who did a proper diagnosis of the car he wasn't satisfied and when Dwight didn't want to fix the car he quit. Hope he is still a employed mechanic somewhere he is appreciated

His cars have nice a nice body but they are no good and he lies about trying to get your car fixed he does not really want to honor the warranty I bought a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium from Dwight Stultz at City Auto Center it ran good the day I tried it out a week later the transmission started slipping, the wheels were shaking and when it got hot it acts like it wants to cut off he says he will take it to the Ford dealership but he lied my car sat under the the shed for over a week he keeps lying about it Dwight Stultz says he is a Christian and a Decon in church but a real Christian and Decon should not treat anyone the way I was treated and I know a few more who bought a car and had the same problems with him wanting to repair the car do not buy a car from this dealership the Ford dealership says they have had many complaints about City Auto Center cars look good but have a lot of issues

Dwight was very friendly, fixed an issue with my car and even did my headlights. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

No one ever approached us any of the times we had stopped. So I'm guessing they didn't want to sell us a ride.

My grandson is diabetic (brittle with seizures when his blood sugar goes low). My daughter who is his caretaker bought a car at this facility, City Auto Center, 1011 Memorial Blvd, Martinsville, VA in May 2021 and paid over $8,000 cash. She & my grandson really liked the owner (the one who sold them the car) and the car. Then less than 2 months after they bought this car, it stopped on them (could have been very dangerous on the road). They called us, and we took them to this place. Of course, the owner was very nice. Now they are left walking for over a month now without a vehicle, and the owner who is very nice could care less. They walked there to see when they will get their car back on July 19 (4 days ago). They don't even know what is wrong with their car. The owner said they can't fix it, and they took it to another place which is very slow. Their mechanic recently quit and one of his mechanics quit. He doesn't seem to be concerned for someone who is a Christian that they are without a car and walking for that long!. Actually, their car stopped on them 4 to 5 weeks ago yesterday (7/22/2021). He has not offered them another car in place of this one or another car to drive until they get this one back. I am very angry at this place and would never buy a car from them. How much longer will they have to wait, and will it break down as soon as they get it back at a very dangerous place in the road? Will they ever see this car again, how much longer must they wait to either have a working car or their money back to purchase a vehicle that actually runs??) All of this needs to be documented!

Bought a car that had issues from the beginning. He did make several attempts to repair the vehicle, but the issue remained and could not be fixed. I'm pretty sure he was not aware of the issue before selling. He had no problem refunding me my money in full for the vehicle. Although it did not work out, I would still purchase a vehicle here due to the positive way my issue was handled
