I dropped off my 2015 2500 Ram because the ac wasn't working. In a hour or so they had it fixed. I'm very pleased with the work and the customer service. Top notch! I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

I was experiencing what I thought was an issue with the universal after pulling a car trailer with my Explorer. Auto tech arranged for a tow to retrieve my vehicle and diagnosed I had a tire that had not been properly tightened and the lug nuts were about to come off. Praise God it was corrected and returned to me within a day. I will forever be thankful for their professional service.

I broke down in an area I have never been before. I had no idea where I was. I really randomly called Auto Tech and Ms. Jackie got me a tow truck and advised me were to stay and get a car rental. I would probably go back just because she was so helpful. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. It took some time because of parts availability (it's an aging Miata ) Everything went back together and it runs perfectly now. They were so kind in helping a stranded traveler.

What an amazing experience working with Chad, Jackie, and the technicians at Auto Tech! Don't wait until something breaks on your vehicle; schedule a maintenance visit to get a sense for the status of your vehicle's road worthiness. They perform a check of the vehicle for current status and then conscientiously identify repairs that need to be done and those that can wait for later attention. It was a like a breath of fresh air to get input from a mechanic that rang true and that I could follow with confidence! The serviced vehicle now drives better than ever and I have a way to budget service to minimize the chances of it breaking down! Many thanks, Chad, for all the extra effort to make this service visit a great experience!

Brought in my Nissan Sentra to Auto Tech for a noise under the hood. They asked if I could leave car and they would get to it. Later on in the day someone from Auto Tech stated that the dust shield on front brakes was causing the noise. They fixed it and had me back on the road.

Showed up for appointment car was actually taken in a little early ?. Very professional crew. Had car serviced didn't try to sell me something extra which is what you get at the other quick oil change joints. Eric and his crew just gained a new customer.

Love Autotech! Was taking my vehicles to dealership. Could never get right diagnosis or repair the first visit. Brought my Acura in and diagnosis was quick and simple. Repairs were quick. Feels good to know they have qualified techs and great service!
