My husband and I recently bought our first new car in years, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Nelson Mazda! We usually buy used cars, but this time we decided to go for something new, and I’m so glad we did.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Logan, who showed us the exact car I had been researching and wanted to test drive. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. After our test drive, we sat down to talk numbers, and that’s when I told Logan what I really wanted in a vehicle—but also shared my concerns about fitting it into our budget.
Chris, the sales manager, immediately took charge and worked hard to make it happen. He was incredibly understanding and patient, and even when the exact car I wanted wasn’t available on the lot, he didn’t pressure me to settle for something else. Instead, Chris said, “Tell me what you want, send me the specs, and we’ll see what we can do.”
As my birthday was coming up, I mentioned it in passing, and Chris said he’d do his best to have my car ready in time. The very next day, he called me with the incredible news: he had found the exact car I wanted at the price I needed!
I honestly can’t say enough about how smooth and pleasant the whole experience was. Every person we interacted with—from Logan to Chris to Shelly—was incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our purchase.
