I hate shopping for anything let alone cars so let me say that this was the easiest and most painless experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Every dealer or lot will have some dissatisfied customers. When I was researching dealers Unique had the least negative reviews and most of the complaints did not sound legitimate. Found the vehicle I wanted, test drove for as long as I wanted thanks to Milton. Price was more than reasonable and Milton still worked with me on a deal. Vehicle was in excellent condition as advertised. The whole process was completed in 24 hours. I will without a doubt be coming back for the next vehicle I need!

I was very pleased with the dealership until I realized the vehicle wasn't inspected with the following year inspection sticker. Please make sure you check that before pulling the vehicle off of the lot. The vehicle did not pass inspection due to the fact that the exhaust had tape on it.

Great service! They were quick to respond even a month after buying the car and helped me out to fix the problem. It would have cost me a lot of money if they have helped out! I know a lot of people who change cars on a regular basis so they're gonna get a lot of customers coming their way even tho they're kinda far lol.

I bought a low mileage Mazfa cx7 2011.They would negotiate on the price as I was working with a tough budget. My previous car I hadden had a year and the motor blew.I was able to get enough money togther.I love the car still smelled new inside.The owner was kind enough to put a new battery in the remote key..they have lots of used low mileage vehicles,very clean cars. I'd go back and recomend them.

I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda CX-7 from unique auto. The customer service was outstanding without being pushy. They allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the one that was the perfect fit. They answered all my questions knowledgeably and patiently. They walked me through all of the paperwork and financing quickly and efficiently. Milton was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding and decided on a vehicle. Bought a vehicle in October 2018 from these guys haven't seen the vehicle since yesterday due to all the issues with the vehicle. Transmission went bad in a week, as well as the starter oh and also just got the vehicle back and now it has a coolant leak. Under no circumstances would I recommend these con artists. March 14th to add to the issues we now need to buy a water pump. The vehicle I bought has left my family stranded on the side of the road 4 times ! It's been 5 months. There should be a law against this stuff.

I bought a very nice low mileage 2006 Acura MDX from Unique last weekend. After looking in Fairfax and Chantilly at cars that were continually misrepresented, I finally found Unique. I had a good feeling from the start with the website photos and on-line Carfax. I drove from Ashburn to Marshall where I met Milton. He let me test drive and inspect the car for hours and hours. He didn't talk the car up or try to sell me, he just let me focus on making my decision. Then we agreed on a very fair price and I purchased it and drove it home.

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I wanted to let the community know about what a wonderful experience I had buying my new (to me) car from Milton at Unique Auto Sales. He was so kind, informative, and patient with me. It was a blessing considering I have been searching for the perfect car since my Soul was totaled by a deer on the 4th, and I had been running into nothing but crooks and swindlers. Milton was a breath of fresh air. He spoke with me extensively over the phone, via text, and put up with all my 100 million questions, fears, and concerns. When it came time to finally go look at and, in the end purchase, the car I had been stalking online for about a week, he was upfront and honest and we ended up buying the car the same day. I would recommend Unique Auto to anyone in the market for a used car. This is most certainly not your typical used car lot, and not your typical used car salesman. Thank you Milton and Unique Auto for such a smooth, painless end to the nightmare that was my car buying experience. We will definitely be customers for life. -Becca
