Lisha is terrible and should be fired. She is discriminatory and a liar, sunrise wouldn't take my insurance info that I offered to give because she also said my condition would be too complicate.

I always have a lot of problems getting blood drawn. Multiple sticks and some labs or even hospitals can not get a successful draw. Sunrise goes the extra mile to try her best for a successful draw. If anyone can get it on any given day it will be sunrise in Marshall. Thank you!

Arrived at 11:49am office was locked and dark. Posted lunch hour starts at 12:30. At 11:58am phlebotomist drove back into the parking lot. She insisted her lunch started at 12. It wasn't even 12 yet. She called her manager to explain that she had to go get gas for her car was why she left before 12. Then started raging at me and looked like she would physically attack me.Do not go. Phlebotomist is unhinged.

Can’t say enough positive things about the Sunrise Lab in Marshall, VA. The technicians are so gentle, kind and efficient! They always go above and beyond to provide patient service. Their turn around time for Lab results is very quick and forwarded immediately to my Physicians! So grateful to have the convenience of the Sunrise Lab and Techs in our little community!

My husband needed bloodwork and it was ordered for Sunrise. We go in and the woman was so awful to him. We have no knowledge of what the several codes are that he needed checked for, we just brought the paper with us. After trying to check in we found out he actually needed to fast for a couple of them. Okay, no problem, we will come back tomorrow. Before leaving she made sure to berate us on not knowing "his stuff". We were the only ones there, so we weren't holding up a line. She embarrassed us and even made faces at us. Honestly wouldnt go back if we could take the order else where. She is really unfriendly and should not be working with people.

I needed a blood draw for a test and had a hard time finding a lab. Yet, this lab was able to help me out. The technician at the lab was courteous, polite and very helpful. She even told me the best time to come in when she wouldn't be as busy....and you know what.....there wasn't a crowd or wait list. And, she did a great job drawing my blood since I have a tendency to get queasy.
