Great storage facility, very responsive, office personnel very helpful. We have our 40’ RV here and have asked them to add gravel to some low spots where water pooled and they did it for us. Outdoor storage in a gated facility.

The facility is clean and kept up
wonderfully. The best part, the customer service is top notch. I recently had to move into a larger unit, and storage wise answered all my questions, gave me tours of larger units, and even called me when a pull up unit came available last minute. Overall a great experience.

This storage unit was a perfect place for me to hold my things. Customer service was great when I joined and any time I needed assistance I received a call back within 24 hours. The process to set up an auto pay was easy. The area was well kept and fenced in and taken care of. Recommended for any storage needs.

Storage Wise in Marshall is a great storage facility. Everything is clean and well run. Toni is awesome to deal with and is very responsive and friendly. She is a true asset to the operation.

I had an informative and useful preliminary conversation with Toni in the Marshall, VA location about some storage unit sizes, options and availability around 2/15. She was patient and answered all of questions professionally on our preliminary call. When I was ready to make my selection, about 2 weeks later, she recalled our initial conversation and helped me reserve the unit and then make an appointment to complete the paperwork in person (my preference). She was on time for our appointment, and took me for a “walkthrough” to my unit - even stopping by to show me another different option for a larger unit that was a drive-up that had just come available the night before, and was very informative in answering all of my additional questions. The paperwork process was clear and efficient, and I was finished with it and even purchased a new lock, all in about 30 minutes on a Friday morning and then out the door by about 9:30am. This was a very professional, comprehensive and painless process, and the facility has checked all of the boxes so far. A positive experience so far. Thanks, Toni.

This grounds, facility and the units are immaculate. Toni is wonderful. She is friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional. I rest easy knowing that my belongings are secure at this location. Highly recommend.
