We live in the mountains in an area surrounded by trees and limited cell phone coverage. Sat-Man team installed this tower with our Starlink dish. They did a fantastic job and we’ve finally solved our connectivity problem. What I really liked about Sat-Man was that they gave a lot of thought to proposing a solution that worked. Other companies we’ve worked with in the past seemed more concerned with installing a piece of hardware than thinking through a solution that actually worked. I highly recommend the Sat-Man team

Because of where my dish was located on my roof, DirecTV told me that you are on your own. New safety protocols do not allow them to do certain things. I was then recommend to try Sat Man. He quickly responded, we schduled a time. He arrived a bit earlier than expected,. We set up the ladder, he spent about 8 mins inspecting and realigned the dish using the dish alignment meter. 100% Signal Strength. Done.... DirecTV techs in the past have been great over the years, but I am glad to say that I now found a better alternative.

Great job! Jim and crew came out and had the dish and cables down in a flash. Scheduling was easy and he followed up. Very happy with the service.

We payed more than $2400 to Sat-Man. Initially our internet access improved but then returned to original slow speeds. Jim Cookson came twice to re-adjust, each time saying he needed to try something else and would return in 1 week. Nearly 3 weeks have now passed and he stopped responding to our calls. Our internet access is worse than when he installed, severely impacting our ability to work from home. The worse customer service we’ve ever experienced.

Jim came to our house after we had tried several things to improve our phone service. He was so helpful and made sure everything he installed worked perfectly. No wires showing either which was a concern at first. He recommended one thing which I waited to do but he was correct--we needed it! Back he came and installed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. He comes on time, works fast and answers his phone if there is a question. Couldn't be happier with this company! And as a separate but important plus, he doesn't mind small yappy dogs!
