The diesel mechanic was great and did good work. The front desk was awful and did not return calls or give an estimate before work was done. My bill ended up significantly higher than expected and work was done that I knew nothing about.
I had to keep calling all week and on Friday the office manager told me that she thought it would be ready in an hour and a half. I asked her to please call back to confirm as I live an hour away. She never called so after 3 hours I drove down to get it and had to wait another 3 hours for the mechanic to finish. I have no complaints with the mechanic. The office manager had left for the weekend mid day without calling me or an handful of others who showed up looking for their cars. The mechanic sent all of us home with our vehicles and said someone would call for payment. Monday was a holiday. The office manager did not call until 3 pm on Wednesday when I was tied up and I missed the second call at 5pm. She left a nasty voice message that I was refusing to return her call and pay my bill. I called immediately and spoke to the owner. I will never go back. Let the owner know if you are treated this way. He seems unaware this person is treating customers this way. I have since learned that this is how the office manager treats many clients. It’s a shame as the mechanic was great.

While on our honeymoon in Virginia, we had some truck trouble that needed immediate attention because we live three hours away. Dave was able to quickly accommodate us and provided amazing service and quality repair. Tina the receptionist is also very friendly. We are super grateful for their accommodation and service to us. 10/10 would recommend you use their services.

This automotive repair shop is absolutely the best. Dealing with Dave and Tina, I feel confident my vehicles are serviced properly. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The work is done in a very timely manner. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else, nor should you.

After a minor emergency on the highway where a piece of my car siding was flapping around in the wind, I was extremely lucky to come across this repair shop. Everyone was very kind, and within only a few minutes a mechanic fixed my issue free of cost, which was totally unexpected! If that wasn’t already amazing enough, bonus points for the adorable dogs that I got to see in the office which helped me forget about all of my worries. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!Service: Auto body & trim repair
