“Paul has been very helpful in helping us throughout our time with this service. This internet is as good as it gets in a rural area. Ping in the single digits, better than xfinity, Comcast, etc. Bandwidth can be a slight issue if someone is gaming and another is streaming off Netflix, but that’s expected for almost any internet provider. Even on that note, they just improved bandwidth, making THAT less of an issue. Overall, you can’t get better internet in a rural area.”
