Ok for beginner riding, and I will say the horses are happy. Too bad that doesn't extend to the workers here. The owner micromanages the girls to the point where they cry or show stress in front of clients. If a chore is done 5 minutes too early or too late, she rips you a new one. She will go over a month (5-6 weeks) without paying you, will refuse to get you a W2, and will fire you before winter comes. Support her business if you want, but workers need to run the other way.

Having taken a 15 year break from riding and then deciding to come back to it, I spent 6 months researching various barns in the Marshall/The Plains/Middleburg area and was most impressed with Forecast Farms and Denise Finch. Denise answered all of my questions and concerns (I was not interested in showing again) in a timely manner and made me feel instantly at home. Her professionalism and experience are second to none - she is a superb trainer who teaches at an individual level, with a care and investment in her students that comes directly from the heart. Denise teaches all levels, from beginner to expert, her team and her horses are all top notch, and go the extra mile at every turn to ensure each student has a quality experience in lessons and in the barn. I highly recommend Forecast Farms and Denise Finch for all of your equestrian needs, you won't be disappointed!
