Jeffery & Seth in the Marion, Virginia store are amazing and knowledgeable. They were both helpful and worked as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for my experience and needs of owning a new phone. I will recommend either of these gentlemen to anyone who has questions about Verizon phones and plans. I watched both gentlemen work as a team to help each consumer to be satisfied when they left. Seth and Latham are two very friendly and knowledgeable as well as personable individuals who know how to treat their customers on a personal level and still do there job....it doesn't matter what kind of issue u are having they will help u or they know who to call to get the problem solved....sometimes it's not quick but I have never left their care without my issues being resolved...it's nice to have a cell phone store locally with that kind of service....keep up the great work gentlemen
