We were here in the area from out of town and had car trouble. A very nice man, Pruitt, actually took me to the shop. Shawn drove me back to my car and jumped it. They figured out my problem; made sure it was fixed. They were all so kind AND professional. Thank you Brady and Mackenzie. Thank you to the mechanics who took time out of their busy day to help a stranger in need. Would highly recommend.

I worked with Kyle yesterday to purchase my new GMC Terrain and he was so patient and kind. He answered all 1,000 questions that I had and never made me feel silly for asking. My entire purchase transaction only took 5 emails and one phone call, and my new car was delivered to my house that same afternoon. I never stepped foot in the dealership. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank you!!!

Last week we broke down when the radiator blew coming up route 81 on our way home to NJ. Breaking down isn't the best experience, but I have to say I couldn't have broken down in a better place. In the span of 3 hours, I met Dennis from sales, Ronnie in Service, David in service, as well as another person who worked in the dealership. They were all more than accommodating to our situation and made sure my family and I were ok. When parts, that I arranged to come in from a local auto parts store, didn't come in Ronnie tracked down a radiator and sent someone to get it.. In less than 24hrs, we were on our way. I wish I was closer than 8hrs away so I could use their service department! Thank you again for the excellent customer service, and hospitality.
