Nothing but positive things to say about these people. They have been taking care of me and my cars for several years and have always been 100% fair and honest. They’ve provided a wide spectrum of services for me including basic maintenance and receiving a car from a tow truck with engine failure. They practice excellent time management and have always been on time for appointments.

Fantastic customer service. I had been stranded in town due to getting a flat late at night. Roadside could only put a spare on, but I couldn't drive back home to Maryland on that. They were able to squeeze me in short notice. Super friendly, very professional, and all around great customer service. Truly a lifesaver.

Nice place, has a small waiting area for customers that includes rocking chairs and a vending machine if needed. Wait time depends entirely on the level of difficulty of what service you're having done. Staff is nice and friendly, and as a woman I can say that I never feel like they have taken advantage of my ignorance of car care to overcharge me or make unnecessary repairs. That's important to me. They take time to explain exactly what's wrong, which I appreciate. I'm pretty pleased with this shop.

Just moved to Marion. Had both of my cars serviced at H&A. Really appreciated the ease in getting my appointments, the punctual and competent service. Cost was reasonable.

Have been going here after trying a few in town and love it here they are fast, fair & trustworthy! I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. If I need them to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle they are quick to test drive and look for the problem. My vehicles always run better afterwards not worse like some places in town.
