“Omg absolutely the best most helpful and honest person on the face of the earth. My wife and I broke down on the way to New York from Tennessee. Robert got us and took care of us like we were family. His daughter brought us to the airport to rent a car to get us home. He had my car for months and confirmed that the wiring problems were fixed prior to me picking it up. His son in law picked me up at the airport when I finally was able to get my vehicle. My fault, not his he had my truck so long. As for price, he couldn’t have been more fair. Just the way they handled the whole ordeal was so comforting and confident. I truly love these people for what they have done for me. He even offered to take me somewhere to get dinner when this first happened. I drove past the place last week returning from another trip, and I was compelled to stop just to shake his hand. “Our car broke down about a mile from J&K 2hr into a 5hr trip with 2 dogs in the car. We nursed the car into the parking lot around 2pm on a Thurs, and despite a busy shop, they made time to help us out and get us back on the road quickly. “These guys are honest and if any problems arise they'll make it square with you even if they have to come pick you up and take you to your vehicle, had a wheel get mounted that got a little scratched but Billy is in the process of getting it fixed now”

“Daniel at smiths got me out of a terrible pickle by going above and beyond where his tow trucks could handle. I was broken down way up a mountain and Daniel wrangled some neighbors to help get me down with their tractor. Then he compensated the neighbors for their help which I thought was very honorable. I was especially worried bc I got a work vehicle stuck but Daniel assured me he wouldn’t leave me there. Can’t say how much I appreciate his help.”
