I was referred to ZEN Nails by a colleague and I am so happy with their services. Hailey has been doing my nails for several months now. She is a lovely, young woman. Her skills are amazing and she is very precise and meticulous doing her job. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The salon is beautiful and clean! They offer you a cold beverage and make you feel so relaxed. I fall asleep all the time when Hailey does my manicure. She probably thinks I have a medical condition. I don't, I am just that relaxed and comfortable! Pricing is the same as other salons. It's the atmosphere and staff that keep me coming back!

I usually love this place but this last time coming I did not and will not be returning paid $100 and my service was rushed and all around just wasted money nails looked nothing like I asked for and was not coffin shape bubbles in my gel won’t be returning

Daughter and I had a lovely appointment and everything turned out great. Very relaxing place and the staff are very friendly.

Had the worst experience of my life the other day. Came in for a manicure and pedicure and left with the worst experience. The person doing my nails was clearly new and had no idea what he was doing. Waste of money and he left my fingers bleeding and all the could do was give me $5 off. Instead he blamed my skin that something is wrong with my skin and that’s why it keeps bleeding. This place should be sued. Don’t hire people who have no idea what they are doing. Will never come back and will let all my friends know not to go here. Stay away!!!

It was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. I had a manicure and a pedicure done and I'm satisfied with both services.I came without an appointment and fortunately I was immediately accepted. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
I will come back here again.?

I called on a last minute decision to get a pedicure for myself and my daughter. We were seen right away. The vibe is calm, peaceful and all the staff was very attentive. The price was reasonable and had the option to Zelle which I prefer! We will be coming back!

Friendly staff, got sat right away. loved my pedicure color. But didn’t love my experience, I noticed they reused their nail filers, and when it came down to the hot towel. It was just one, had to bring my legs together and it only lasted 2 mins warm. employee kept getting on his phone, 3times. I also noticed the other ladies got offered complimentary drinks, I didn’t.

Terry is the absolute best!!!! I went in for a pedicure and he was next to service. I would not look any further than him. He takes his time to make sure toes and nails are perfect. I would 100000% recommend him to ANYONE.

I had an absolutely marvelous time today! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and created a relaxing atmosphere that really exemplified their name. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I love how they do my nails! I’m a nail newbie, often mess up my own and they always make me feel like a million bucks. Bebe, Valerie, Kathy, Terry, Hailey, and (there’s one other woman who is super sweet!) they all do a fabulous job! I have had dip powder, tips, gel, acrylics, pedicures, waxed. They are very nice, clean, and make me feel like a part of their family. This is a great shop with some really good technicians! ❤️❤️Services: Nail art

The professionalism and care they give to clients is amazing. Clients are offered a variety of services, complimentary beverages, huge selection of polish colors, and current nail designs. They also service seniors well.
