I used to leave in another city and the custumer services of WF was great. But I can't say the same thing from here, custumer services it's bad really bad not even a joke, they always rude never enough employee 3 times I try to get a banker and one time they let sit for 30 min and not body come out. The second time there was none, and 3 time they said come back we about to close on top the representative are always talking and so slow

Abysmal customer service and a lack of common sense.If you call someone to mention they can come pickup their credit card some found and mention that they just need to show ID, and then they show up with a baby who eventually loses it because now you make them wait in a line of 10 people for 30+ minutes instead of stopping what you're doing for ~15 seconds to verify ID and return the card - then you shouldn't be in a service oriented business.

The service is real bad, the person attending the drive thru had an awful attitude, she send me my deposit back and made me to place checks in the same order that was written in the paper. The name in the receipt was KARINA

Doesn't have drive-thru. Always, one ATM is functioning. Near Truist Bank has all those options and facilities.

I came to ask about an account opening promotion but I ran away! Customer treatment is terrible! There is no one at the entrance to guide you and the girls who are receiving deposits are short-tempered! So much so that I didn't dare ask for information! They should improve this! I honestly do not recommend the bank and specifically this one.

Teller and bank manager did not know what they were talking about. Explaining how my check could not be deposited to this bank. Went to another branch and they had no issues.

Only two people ahead of me and one teller available and took forever. Many of the employees talking and laughing in the back when there's a long line. Not the first time, poor service at this branch. Unfortunately poor customer service seems to be the norm these days.

The Branch Manager is very weak in customer service. She told me something which doesn’t make sense. When I told her that the same service was provided to me elsewhere, she told me that they did a favor but I don’t do favors. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Mrs. Perez was rude and disrespectful. I ended up leaving and going to the Wells Fargo branch on Sudley Rd.

This is from an Employee that happens to work at this company. Don't blame the owner or his company. The WORST customer Drive Thru service ever! The Tellers are S L O W and rude. If I were rude to our customers, my boss would have every reason to want to fire me. I thought the Drive-Thru was suppose to be fast. Be prepared to bring a lunch, a snack and your PJ's

Worst location for doing the transaction that asks you for two identification to get cash from my check. And they are really slowly. I don't recommend to go to this branch. (The worst location to make a transaction, they ask for two IDs to be able to cash your check and they give you cash and they are very slow. I do not recommend going to this location)

It took a long time for a transaction with the same customer, and I don't understand why Well Fargo can't do us the favor of giving us change if we are not clients of the bank, it's something very stupid, on Mondays businesses need change, the lady is not kind at all. who works there, the oldest.
