Mark at your Manassas location was amazing! Not only helpful, but knowledgeable. He investigated the “real” problem & helped to identify what I needed repaired. I will recommend batteries plus to anyone who need anything they carry. A job truly well done!

Giving this a biased one star because they limit the products they can fix to iPhone and Samsung for the most part. I feel like if you advertise to fix phones expand your market.

Part of my phone charger was stuck inside the my iPhone 7 and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes! Amazing. I’ll be sure to come back here for other repairs and highly recommend to others. Thank you

I had a screen replacement and a battery replacement. The work was done within an hour and the price was reasonable. I happened to get a discount on the battery plus I scheduled my appointment online and got an extra $10 off. Overall a very good experience. I would use them again.

Went in for a iphone 7 plus screen replacement. The screen was placed on fine, however, the screen brightness has dramatically decreased, there is a yellow/grey/dull hue when indoors, and a peach/pink when outdoors. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100 and get it done properly at apple. Sales associate told me after the fact that the owner buys low grade screens. So, too little too late. Not worth it in the long run.
