Good Walmart. Nice improvements. Nicely organized. Always crowded but lines move. Recommend Walmart + to bypass lines. Extra security around at the moment.

Photo department/Electronics section. Not one person or ANY so-called "managers" knows how to use their machines, process any photo orders, or probably read orders. 2 days in a row, I ordered a same-day photo wall art as a gift, so I paid more. I picked it up yesterday, and it wasn't the right one. I took it back and was asked to reorder. Called all managers available, and they all said they were not trained in the photo department, and no one knows how to do it! Today, they gave me a print rather than a wall art. I called Customer service online and was told to return the print and reorder! It doesn't resolve the real problem, and it's a very precious wall art print today for my mother. What incompetent department and store.

Okay let me start with I will usually choose to shop at the Walmart in Manassas Mall before shopping here. It is nearly impossible to find an actual cashier to help with your purchase, it's all self checkout, which I can appreciate the convenience as a choice, but I would prefer a cashier for larg purchases. Now I don't know if it is staf trying to be slick or kids vandalizing stuff but several items in the frozen good section have been cut in small places with a razor exposing the food inside to contamination. I informed staff and they seemed unconcerned.

If the product you need is behind locked glass, and lots of them are, best of luck to you. I must have asked 10 employees, who requested assistance on the intercom 3 times, no one had the keys, no one ever came. 30 minutes of standing around asking every employee, one was finally able to go get the keys. For a $5 can of spray paint.

The money order machine here is never working. I don’t understand why it’s even located here if 90% of the time It doesn’t function. You can’t even call the store in advance to see if it is working because no one ever picks up the phone!! I absolutely hate this Walmart

I had a horrible experience at this Walmart. Today at around 2:15 I was in the beauty supply section and once I found what I needed I wanted to get out of the area because I had other products and I wanted to pay all together but as I was trying to get out the worker there told me I couldn't take it but in a very rude way ( I'm a minor) she yelled very rudely. I think there should be a nicer worker working in that area.

This place is a very good store, you can find what you need for your home, meals and other things such as for vehicles.

The policy to narrow the isles, keep relocating items and stocking carts and baskets left by employees in the isles during the day is not favorable! It creates frustration for many, particularly seniors who have a difficult time as it is locating things and maneuvering. Another complaint, repair or replace the many Grocery Carts that are not working properly.
