It's incredible that it takes more than one hour to have an order of 5 items ready all the time. I cannot believe how Safeway gets and order of 30+ done in less than that.

Cashier was on her phone when I walked in. Went to photo center and she walked along side while actually calling someone in her native language, Indian, I think. Couldn't find my photos. We went back and forth while she was still looking at her phone. Wasn't paying attention to what I was saying of course. Finally got my pictures and told her I will put it in my AE. She said ok and then proceeded to charge it to the Visa on file. How people get away with such behavior. SMH

Customer service here is very slow and sometimes rude. Very understaffed for a busy store. The photo department hardly ever has anyone behind the register and you have to wait until the main person up front finishes ringing up the line to be helped. They need a better system.

I go to this Walgreens quite often several times a month usually during the night when I realized I forgot to buy something or I’m out of an important beauty product. From my experience, this Walgreens has excellent customer service the employees there are very pleasant, and friendly! Fast checkout is important for me And at this Walgreens there’s someone there quickly checking me out I appreciate that, Thank you!

A female employee there was following my sister and I the whole time. Like legit was breathing on my neck. So unprofessional and annoying. Like Hello?????? Made it obvious she was following us at every aisle from the moment we walked into the store. Like I stated, very unprofessional on her part.

I’m trying to get antibiotics so I don’t lose a kidney and still have yet to get my fill of medication. So I hope Walgreens sees this. Imma sue both stores. Warrenton and Manassas if I lose a kidney. Just saying. I was supposed to take meds at 9am it’s currently 12pm. I’m in pain!

Not sure what the bad reviews are complaining about. This Walgreen has exceeded my expectations. Store is cleaned, staff greeted me when I entered the shop, pharmacy staff going out of their way to help. Maybe they have changed since the bad reviews but I have visited twice and both times were great!

My 7 year old daughter had an incident at school and had scars on her face so her, my elderly mother, and I stopped by this location to grab some supplies for the scars. As we approached the isle where cocoa butter should have been an employee kept peeping around the corner of the end cap but every time I made eye contact with her she would she acted as if she wasn't watching us. After 3 times of her doing this I finally said to her it's so obvious you think we are stealing, why don't you come around here and help us find what we are looking for! She then acted like she didn't understand English and I said don't even go there, you understand me. She then proceeded to say there was no more. We moved back to the pharmacy where we consulted with the pharmacist about the scars and what other scar creams would be best. She was very helpful and even came out and recommended what items to purchase from the first aid isle. I ended up purchasing close to $50 total and my mother $25. We proceeded to walk out and as soon as I went through the security scanner all bells and whistles went off so all three of us backed up and the guy up front said you are OK go ahead out. Seriously are you kidding! We didn't purchase anything with a security tag so why in the many years of being a patron of this location would the alarm suddenly go off. I believe it was purposely done. If we didn't need these supplies so urgently I would have taken my business elsewhere. We were indeed profiled and I won't be going back nor will I recommend this store.

Me and my grandpa are customers of Walgreen Pharmacy. Pharamacist: Steve H. Is one best. He shows passion and care toward his customer needs. There was a injection that many pharmacies didn’t carry but when I spoke with Steve H, he helped me get this injection through Walgreen. His communication skills are excellent. Thank you Pharmacist Steve H for the great work!

Slowest Walgreens I've ever been to. Don't go to this place outside of 12-2 pm on a weekday.
