JULY at the pharmacy was the WORST SERVICE and really UNPROFESSIONAL, we were waiting about 40 minutes because we were getting vaccines, waiting for 40 min when I go there to ask how long is it going to take, she started yelling and saying that I was rushing her and that I should go back to sit
Ive been given vaccines at other walgreens and this is the faaaar THE WORST ONE
Then when I said that I was going to make a complain she apologized and then said that even if I do she had a reason
Unbelievable customer service and one of the worst ones I have ever seen

Went to the pharmacy to pick my prescriptions, Rachel was so professional and quick to fill up my order even though it was sent to another location. She always has a smile on her face and didn't mind trying out some discount coupons applicable for my order.

I have been very pleased with this pharmacy. They have been easy to work with. My prescriptions have been filled quickly, and with a minimum of drama. The pharmacist have all been polite, which you would think would go without saying but it wasn't the case at the pharmacy I came from so I consider this a plus here. The notification system has even been easy to manage. There has been only one thing that I found disturbing: I came to pick up my medicine several weeks ago and found a notice on the drive-thru window that said the pharmacy was closed. The instructions directed everyone to go to a pharmacy across town. My medicine cannot be picked up at another pharmacy, and I needed it. I understand that things happen, and sometimes they are unexpected. However, the pharmacy closed for several days, not just one. I think in this case maybe an alternative idea would have been getting a pharmacist from another pharmacy and bringing them to this location??? Depriving people of their prescriptions for days does not seem to be the best solution....

I got a text message saying that my medicine was ready for pick up. I went to get it the next morning and this pharmacy was closed. No warning or notice. I needed the drug to keep my heart beating properly. I was referred to a different Walgreens across town. When I got there I was told their system was down and to come back later.??????Don't do business with Walgreens if you need reliable service.

Not sure what the bad reviews are complaining about. This Walgreen has exceeded my expectations. Store is cleaned, staff greeted me when I entered the shop, pharmacy staff going out of their way to help. Maybe they have changed since the bad reviews but I have visited twice and both times were great!

The aisles perpetually blocked by staff moving, labeling, pricing. There is ALWAYS a line @ the pharmacy... I've stood there for an HOUR to pick up a prescription. The store is understaffed. Pharmacy area, horrible layout. 2 chairs... what if you have more than 2 people w physical disabilities @ once? If you are offering vaccinations, the layout is unacceptable. Using the restrooms for vaccinations is NOT sanitary.

Slowest Walgreens I've ever been to. Don't go to this place outside of 12-2 pm on a weekday.

There is, by far, no slower pharmacy drive-through on this planet. I think the DMV moves faster. Only giving two stars because they've never messed up a prescription and I'm trying to think of something nice to say.

Basically, the pharmacy seems perpetually understaffed and there's a high turnover of pharmacy techs. That means they try hard, and they generally get you what you need, but only after a lot of "fits and starts" and usually with the pharmacist having to step in and help train (or do refresher training?) for the pharmacy techs. Every time we go to pay for prescriptions I have to ask them if they have "run it through both of our insurances (we're lucky to have two: a primary and a secondary insurance) and over 50% of the time when we ask them we find out they've only run it through the primary. This is a training issue. If they had proper staffing they could devote more time to properly training the techs. Maybe they wouldn't quit so soon.

Walgreens on Sudley Manor Dr. is the worst ! The staff and pharmacist are terrible. You call to check to see when a script will be ready they tell you 1:00 so you say OK i'll be there around 1:30 - you show up and it's not ready and they look at you like you are rushing them. So the tech ask the pharmacist when and she snaps and says 20 min ! So I wait the 20 more mins only to have to go back to the window and get snapped at again ! I hate this pharmacist she seems very unhappy in her job !

Walgreens on Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas has been filling my prescriptions for many years. All of the pharmacy personnel provide excellent service. The pharmacists are very knowledgable and take the time to provide helpful information regarding my medications. If they do not have the prescribed drug in stock they can generally get the drug within a couple of days.
