This is the second car we have gotten bodywork done on by Nova auto. The work is super! No complaints with this. When given the choice by insurance for a deer incident with our second car, we chose them again. The work was excellent!! They even buffed the other headlight so they looked more similar (we paid for this service) and it turned out great! An area of growth would be communication. There was communication at the start and we didn't drop the car off until most of the parts were in. There was an estimated time given and it had to be adjusted as that last part didn't come on time. The adjusted time was not excessive so no problem there. We were called when the vehicle was completed. However, we called them to check in as they did not call us to give an update as communicated she would by the lady in the front office. The work is great- 5 stars for this area!!! An area to improve would be with updates when you're hoping to get your car back!

The estimate provided was the actual cost. I dropped my car off while I was out of town for a few days and they had it ready before I returned. Needed a bumper replacement and looks fantastic with paint match. Would recommend.

i cannot recommend this shop any more, they are hands down the best, got into my first car accident and they explained everything to me perfectly, the shop manager is super sweet and personable, and they handled everything for me for insurance, i couldn’t even believe that was the same car i drove in when they were finished with it! 5 stars is simply not enough!

What a great shop to have repairs done. They were friendly and took the headache out of dealing with the insurance companies. Couldnt even tell I had wrecked my car when they were done. I would recommend Virginia Auto Body to all my friends and family. They even great me a great deal on having the car detailed before I picked it up.Services: Scratch removal

I had just moved to the area and had some body damage during my trip. I found VAB, they took excellent care of my car even without being able to use insurance. Then my kid was in a hit and run, VAB worked with my insurance with no issues and the car looked like it was just off the lot.m!! Highly recommend!!

I dropped my car off for a fender bender and this place did an awesome job repairing the front of my vehicle it only took 2 weeks ! it looks like I got a brand new car and like nothing ever happened! I also got a very good quote! I would recommend this place to my friends and family thank you Charles! Highly satisfied!

I would recommend Charles and his shop to anyone who needs autobody work. He is helpful and honest and does excellent work. He always answered my questions and kept me informed of what was going on even when the insurance companies were trying to j*** me around. He is great!! Highly recommend.

Charles did an awesome job fixing my damaged roof. They were very responsive when I first reached out and kept in touch with updates until it was fixed. I got the truck back looking nicer than it was when I first bought it! I would definitely recommend getting your auto body repairs from this company.

VERY HAPPYI had a minor accident and used their online estimate. When I brought the car in here estimate stood as is. I went to two other shops, this was not the cheapest but I understood why it was more (replacing old “foggy” lights vs repairing them). I paid deposit and was told to bring in car on Monday. Parts were ready and the car was ready in two days! Work looked great and better than before as car was a 2012. I am very satisfied and feel that if you ask questions you will I understand cost and will be very happy with them.TRUSTWORTHYService: Body & Trim

I don't know how they got the fake reviews below but let me tell you don't ever go to this place. I usually give great reviews to help people grow but NOT THIS PLACE.This place is a trap. The managers customer service skills are a big fat zero. He will treat you like a commodity and thinks he knows better than anyone so don't expect anything. zero communication, zero customer service, bad attitude, bad pricing, bad shop,, I wish I could find something positive in this place and also when it comes to pricing he's a butcher. Please stay away.

I had crashed my brand new car and completely ruined the front of my car. I went to VA Auto Body and got a fair quote. He left my car looking brand new! Very professional and straight to the point. 10/10 recommend.
